Terms of Service

1. The service

PlusOne Kenya operates an online marketplace connecting verified customers with verified companions for lawful professional social companionship at public and appropriate occasions in Kenya. We are not a party to the interaction itself; we provide verification, booking, payment and safety infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must complete identity verification before booking or accepting bookings.
• You must provide accurate, current information at all times.
• You may not hold more than one account without written permission.

3. Prohibited conduct

Sexual services, escort services, prostitution, solicitation, trafficking, coercion, harassment, discrimination and any other activity unlawful under Kenyan law are strictly prohibited. Attempting to arrange or pay for such services — on or off the platform — results in immediate permanent removal and may be reported to the authorities.

• No off-platform payments or contact before a booking is confirmed.
• No impersonation, false documents or borrowed identities.
• No recording of a companion or customer without explicit consent.
• No use of the platform by anyone under 21.

4. Bookings and payment

• Reservations should normally be made at least seven days in advance.
• Bookings starting within 24 hours attract a 20% emergency surcharge.
• Payment must be completed in full before a booking is confirmed.
• Messaging between the parties unlocks only after payment is confirmed.
• Companion payouts are fixed amounts agreed and displayed before a booking is accepted.

5. Conduct during a booking

Both parties agree to behave professionally and lawfully, to keep the agreed scope of the occasion, and to respect stated boundaries. Either party may end a booking early if they feel unsafe; safety escalations are handled by our 24/7 desk and may affect refunds under the Refund Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms, fails verification, is the subject of credible safety reports, or engages in fraud. Removed users are added to a blacklist preventing re-registration.

7. Liability

PlusOne Kenya provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
